Log in to the platform and open the course from the list above. Where a course is open for self-enrolment you can join it yourself; for every other course your institution registers you, and the course then appears under My courses.
Use the "Forgotten your username or password?" link on the login page. A reset link is sent to the e-mail address registered for your account.
Courses that award a certificate issue it automatically once every completion requirement is met. You will find it inside the course itself, and it can be downloaded again at any time.
Yes. The platform works in a mobile browser, and course materials, activities and results are all available there.
Each activity you complete is recorded against the course, and your progress and grades are visible to you at any time from the course page and from your dashboard.
